Accounts

Every registered account with its role, email verification and counts. Tester access is granted here and enforced by the Worker; the Admin role itself comes from ADMIN_EMAILS and can never be granted through this panel.

Direct messages

Every customer message, newest first — with a jump into the order chat to reply.

Customer conversations

Every authenticated chat thread, newest first. Ownership is enforced by the API: this view is the only way to read someone else's thread.

Beta environment

The Beta hostname/path lives in server-side configuration (D1 settings), so it can change without editing source. Changing it is sensitive: it needs your admin password now and a confirmation link with an expiring, single-use token.

Paste the token from the confirmation email (or from the link shown here when email delivery is not configured). This applies the change and writes an audit entry.

Beta feature flags

Evaluated on the server; the Beta API reports these values and the frontend only renders them.
